Hard luck to Sligo. This Sligo team has been strong through the grades on top of last year's minor team, so that augurs well for future of Sligo football. But Roscommon by far the stronger team today but I did not think a 4 point lead would be enough at HT. But clearly it was no easier score with that driving gale and rain and Roscommon were the better ball handlers in those conditions. Hoping for a better day against Kerry, if indeed that day ever comes.

Being played in horrific conditions

If only they had the largest indoor pitch nearby.........

Yeah seems nuts they're not using the windy palace.
Covid rules says no indoor sport. Sligo no score till 57 minutes isn't good enough despite the horrendous elements

Congrats to our brave battling bunch of gasúns and to nice guy manager  Emmet Durney.
Well drilled and organised.
God knows when or if we get to play the AI semi v Kerry.

It would for blessing for ye to avoid Kerry.  They would make dog shite of ye.

Reillycavan is a wum and would  know next to nothing about the current Roscommon and Kerry minor teams.
