A lot of people have been to Oz. On paper it's a place I'd like to have visited but the getting there is very off putting for someone who hates flying. How many 1 hr flights would it take?!

American government want the IDF to investigate the mass graves discovered rather than have an independent investigation. We're seeing in real time the mask slipping on western governments.... not that anyone shod be surprised when you think about recent decades

Can anyone work out how Dublin are as good as they are? The template is there so why aren't other leinster counties copying it and competing with them?
My thoughts on it is that it's mostly down to an almost endless supply of money and a very good County board. The obscene amount of money they were granted by the GAA was used very wisely and they are still reaping the rewards of that investment, money is rolling in from sponsorship and things are only getting better for them. So what do other counties do or is it a lost cause.
Thoughts please.....

Kildare Louth a wee bit interesting but Offaly Dublin is just a question of how much Dublin win by. Any less than a dozen points in it would be a surprise.

The NFL draft kicked off last night with the Bears taking Quarterback Caleb Williams number 1. The first round of the draft was dominated by offensive players with 6 quarterbacks going in the top 12 picks.

No-one who is upwardly mobile in football wants to manage Ireland Nil. We could be like Belgium (in a political sense, definitely not football) who had no government for some time and the civil service ran the country.

Sounds like the Slot deal is done - they've agreed compensation with Feyenoord
