Haven't challenged anyone. I've still to beat my official 20min 5k yet, have done it as part of a 10k race but I'll get there  BM would beat most on here. Only a bitta craic keep your knickers on

Lack of scoring power seems to have held St Galls back last few years in Ulster. 0-6 after 10 minutes today looked like that was going to change but only ended up with 0-9

That's the way it goes in Ulster. some you win some you don't, as long as we keep getting a chance then brilliant. Been a fantastic journey that's for sure.

Van Gaal is lucky that he had a reputation before he came to Man Utd because if this was any other manager he would be getting slaughtered for such a poor start to the season after spending £150million. Moyes got far more abuse and he had relatively little money to spend in comparision, yet got similar results. Take away the new big shiny signings to give the fans some hope and the big name manager, and Man Utd have been very disappointing this season. There is a perfect opportunity to make the top 4 this season given the mediocrity outside of Chelsea and City and yet it seems that Utd without the distraction of European football are doing their best not to finish in the top 4.
