So would calling for the deportation of 7200 people "whose asylum applications have been refused" be a far right
Position?

All I say is there was a famous case last year where an asylum seeker in Belfast had his claim for asylum refused at first instance.  The reason for his refusal was he had claimed he would be persecuted in his home country because he was involved in guerrilla warfare.  The Home Office rejected that this would entitle him to asylum because 'gorillas are an endangered species' and fighting them shouldn't allow him to claim asylum.

So id at least like appeals to be dealt with first

is this true?

Stumbled across this show Manifest on Netflix.  First few episodes not bad but seen there are over 50 of them.  Not sure whether to stick with it

Quote from: statto on Today at 06:55:18 AMWatched this last night, I was born in mid 80s so was quite young when troubles were finishing up thankfully but the show would make you angry with how some of the families where treated.Really inhuman how you could go into someone's home to tell them their husband/father has been shot dead for no other reason than his association to a sport and ask why the child is crying.Similar to the loughinisland case where the police were clearly involved in collision.

Watched it last night on Youtube in the states myself. Wife was bawling at the end - couldn't understand how, where, why this would happen. As brokencrossbar states, we lived through and endured some wild f**king times. Barbaric stuff. No rest for Bridie Brown.

Massive game this weekend in north London. Regardless of what points City do or don't drop, Arsenal have to keep the pressure on. A slip of any sort from now on by them and the race is well and truly over.

Inqests 'adviseable' into Mc Gurks Bar bombing also.

One of the victim's grandsons, CiarĂ¡n Mac Airt, has researched this really well over a long period of time.

I'd advise anyone to read up on it also.

Yes the beach is Corralejo is fantastic. If you can get across to El Cotillo it's worth a visit. It's a lagoon on one side and a beach on the other.
