Fantasy football(soccer) 2015 - players to watch?

After almost winning our draft at work last year, despite having very little knowledge of the Premier League, I'm doing my homework(or hoping someone here will do it for me) this year and looking for advice on players to watch for this year. Aside from the usual big-hitters like Toure, Hazard, Aguero etc. if you have any tips on players who will score big this year, please post them here. I'm sure Costa, Fabregas and Sanchez will be sought after but I don't know much about other new signings or promoted teams. Still lots of transfer business to be done of course.

I'm working on a player list for the draft(yeah, I am that cool) and these are my first 20 in the order I would draft them. Any glaring errors there? This is allowing for value as well. Fabregas and Ramsey are 9m , Giroud is 8.5m. RVP and Aguerro are 12+ and Yaya is 11.5.
