Senior senior semi final

St Brigids 0-3 Mohill 0-4 (1-7 to 0-8 it finished)

Intermediate Semi final

Monivea Abbey 1-3 Kilmeena 0-3 (1-8 to 0-10 FT)

Junior semi finals

Menlough 1-5 Lahardane  0-3 (1-7 to 0-10 gone to extra time and Lahardane won on penalties)
Glenfarne Kiltyclogher 1-6 OwenmoreGaels 0-6 (1-8 to 0-14 FT)

St Brigids (Roscommon) v Corofin (Galway) 1:30pm in Dr Hyde Park

Intermediate Final

Saturday 25th November

Monivea Abbey (Galway) v Castlerea St Kevins (Roscommon) 1:30pm in Tuam Stadium.


Junior Final 

Saturday 2nd December

Lahardane MacHales (Mayo) v Owenmore Gaels (Sligo) 1:30pm in MacHale Park.

Back to back Connacht Junior hurling titles for Easkey.  Ballinasloe 2-12 Easkey 1-18.

Had it's final match last Saturday with the Intermediate Connacht final. Tuam "hayshed" stand getting a upgrade this week.

Tuam is a lovely ground with such a fascinating football history when Mayo, Galway and Ros all won all Irelands. Tuam is really in the heartland of Galway football.

It''s funny to see the English word intermediate. It's always pronounced inthermeejit in Galway.

Odds for Sunday's Connacht senior final.

St Brigids 2/1 Corofin 8/15 Draw 7/1

Last meeting was the Semi final in 2017 which was a draw after 60 minutes 1-11 each and Corofin prevailed in extra time 2-15 to 1-14.

Teams that started back then. Still plenty of Corofin players that should be playing on Sunday only a few left for Brigids.

Corofin over rated. Greatest ever club team years ago but Brigids well set up to stop them. Bit like cross a few weeks ago.. football has changed

Half time St Brigids 1-6 Corofin 1-2. Brigids much the better side in that half. Real lifeline and possible turning point with that Corofin goal with the last action of the half.
