No better man than Dooher when Mickey decides his work is done.  I still think hes pushed himself as far as he can and even to get to his level of fitness for another year seems cruelty.   

While I'd like to see Dooher involved on the sidelines definitely, I think Raymond Munroe has done/is doing enough to be considered for the senior role if and when Mickey decides to go.

Having watched 5 u21 games this year I don't think Munroe should currently be considered for the senior team. The u21's have lacked direction and the constant chopping and changing proves he couldnt find a settled team. Also thought for large periods of games the team showed a lack of desire.
