We'll keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street.

The poor fool who wrote this probably doesn't even realise that Wall Street is in blue state New York. And that most of the headquarters of major corporations are in blue states. And that most of the high tech innovation comes from blue states. And that most of the red states that would end up in this Redneckistan are net beneficiaries from the federal government (more federal spending from the government than taxes to the government) whereas the Democrat voting states are net contributors.

you prefer the russian style? or maybe the chinese? youd be speaking german if it wasn't for freedom american style

It was the Russians who made by far the greatest contribution to defeating Germany in the Second World / Great Patriotic War. So I suppose, by your own logic, what we have is freedom Russian style
Eastern Europe experienced "freedom Russian style" for about 45 years.

There is the concept of duty of care here in New York which means that any hospital must provide the care necessary to stabilize a patient- in many cases this means that the patient will then be transferred to another health care provider.

There is a requirement on almost all hospitals to provide emergency treatment (Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act). However as you mention it only requires treatment until they are stable. "A patient is defined as "stable," therefore ending a hospital's EMTALA obligations, if: ...Any conditions that are immediately life-threatening, limb-threatening, or organ-threatening have been treated to the best of the hospital's ability"

This only covers a small percentage of medical treatment ie. stuff that would have you going straight to the ER rather than your GP.

Almost every good Irish soccer player has played in the English league. The top level of English soccer (First division or Premier League) has been the highest level for the best Irish players for most of the time that soccer has been played.

According to that source of all knowledge wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UEFA_Euro_2012_qualifying

For the first time, Tuesday evenings replace Wednesday evenings for midweek qualifying fixtures where two matchdays occur in the same week. This is in order to allow players an extra day to return to their clubs for domestic duty the following week. Consequently, teams are permitted to move the earlier weekend match forward to the Friday evening. Where matches are scheduled for a Friday evening, there remains a possibility that the fixture will actually be played on the Saturday.

Is it any better than a notebook computer?

No, it is worse. It has the iPhone operating system which means you are limited to Apple software and iPhone "Apps". You can't run multiple programs at the same time or download any software that you choose, which you could do if this was a tablet version of an iMac. It is really just a large iPod Touch.

They probably got the idea from the Irish cabinet ministers and politicians who stayed outside the Church of Ireland cathedral during Douglas Hyde's funeral.
