New Gaa club

I am looking to make contact with someone who has set up a new Club from scratch recently and could advise me on the processes required.
Also if posters have any tips of their own I would be most grateful.

First thing ye would do I woukd imagine is to contact the county board and state where his club is gonna be, wats it's catchment area is gonna be. You could be stepping on another club's toes. So do this before doing anything!!
