Escape from Pretoria - was ok in parts but mostly it did my head in.  The amount of wee torturous scenes as the guys were experimenting with escape issues... I suppose that's the suspense they were going for but for me it was done.

How come the euros seem to be doing VAR well but the PL makes a complete balls of it?

Is Tierney injured again?

I had a little bit of trepidation going into this league as an Armagh fan but excited to see how we would stack up.  You'll not find many fans that aren't happy with the progress the team is making.  A few injury problems and yet the lads who have came in have stood up well.

First 15 mins of the Roscommon game and things were looking ominous.  Fairly closed up shop from the water break onwards.  Would be nice to have a decent rattle at Ulster now.

Surely there are better options than Ming's?

There probably is. But GS seems to like a balance in there.  Ming's teammate Konsa for example has had a better season but on the right side.

Very impressed by Spinazzola for the Italians.  He obviously didn't have much defending to do but he was a cracking forward outlet on the left.  Veratti still to come into that MF too.  They are in good shape.

Have went for France and Kane to be top scorer, 40/1

Hopefully Mackers gives us his tips before the tournament starts, he's usually on the ball...... After its over that is

Went for France and Lukaku at the same price.

We’re up opposite the St Michael’s site, but selfishly glad the school’s been torn down, it was an eyesore left to decay there. My husband lamented the ruin of the lawn out front that was apparently kept really well by the nuns? It became a drinking site and possible dissident gun storage area.
Could do with a footpath upgrade now, which I believe is coming sometime soon.

Yes I think I saw they plan on an improved footpath right out to St Teresa's PS.

The handling of the school situation remains a disaster IMO.  It is good to see that they are finally starting some kind of progress.  The traffic out your way when it opens will be unbelievable.

Just watched "Time" episode 1 on BBC. It has the makings of the best drama series of the year. Sean Bean is excellent and Stephen Graham is even better. It is grim but keeps you engaged with the back stories.

Watched the first one last night and thought it was very good. Tough watching at times.

Continues like that.  Such a sad and hard hitting tale. Some great characters and very well acted.

Armagh moved to U13, U15 and U17 last year as that is the push from GAA Headquarters I believe? For me it is awful to split lads who are friends and in the same year in school.

Armagh have continued with the 1st of July in the primary school ages running with the U11.5, U9.5 and the U7.5.

Of course some kids are going to gain an advantage no matter where the line is drawn.  I just feel that it is less pronounced when it runs along school year groups.

The Pact on BBC. 6 episodes of pure sh*te.

So why did you watch all 6?

I'm nothing if not committed  ;)

Watched the first episode of Time last night too. Absolutely brilliant.

I have a bit more confidence in an Armagh win here, and that just doesn't sit comfortably with me.

Stopping runners through the middle still seems to be a problem and no doubt Roscommon have the players to exploit that. I still think we can do enough damage at the other end ourselves. Massive game for both teams.

He's been "raw" for 5 years now. Certainly had a poor year this year but was decent the year before. I'd be more interested in Neto and Neves.

Why was Lingard in the side? Wasn't he dropped from the panel? Great preparation.

Watkins, Ward-Prowse, Ben White and Godfrey came on too and they aren't in the squad either I think.  I expect Ward-Prowse to be added for Trent though.
