I don't think it is seen as that , though i do think there is a great chance of histroy to be written in the books , all these years an i don't think an correct me on this if im wrong but im sure no club team has won 2 AI'S  in the same year at diffrent codes , It would be good to see that all them years in county level slugging it out , been know as the whipping boys that a club down a little lane in it's 100th years of proud histroy has a great chance of really going all the way an book itself into the GAA histroy books .
All them great teams in the free state , all that shite we have to read about in the sunday papers about the great teams , (ie Pat Spillane  I TALK OUT OUT OFF MY ASS ) ;D
Get out on the 13feb boys , tell ur partners that Valentine's weekend off an get ur butts to Croke an by the way were some blue an white  ;D
Match throw in 7.45 buses will be leaving at a time to tba ,

Intermediate and Junior All Ireland Club competitions are a relatively new concept but the nearest I can find is St Finbarr's from Cork who I believe won the AI football in 1981 and were Munster champions in the hurling the same year (both at senior)...
in football yes but wat about the AI in hurling , they might have won Munster but did they go on an win the hurling in the AI  :-\

Very true inf u go on last years form , but do u not think dinny will shape the boys up in the right frame with St Galls reaching the inter med AI final an if dunloy can put a shift in , that would make it 2 antrim hurling teams in a AI final in the same year , wat a boost for guys who might find their way onto the panal but most of all the kids coming through .
Great things lay ahead this yr for antrim county all round , Feeling it in mee bones Stew  ;D

Cushendall played Dunloy in this year's final. It's highly unlikely St Galls would have beat either of them. Not to take away from their victory. Great to see an antrim team, especially in hurling in an AI final.

I say especially in hurling as sometimes you feel that some teams are beat before they play the match.

If you beat all in ulster in fotoball the belief won't be an issue.
I think ur taking the piss there that it is highly unlikely that St Galls could not beat Cushendall or Dunloy , St Galls have have played dunloy many times in the last few yrs an given them a run for their money , i think there might have been a win there to , but Cushendall , lets be honest , they r not a great team an i would say a few north antrim teams r happy not the Galls did not play in div 1 last yr as they might have got their bums slap an a few heads rattled but it's all good saying that now as it might be a yr or 2 before St galls get the chance to go up but im sure the Rossa will give a good account of themselves , good kids coming through just a tad more experince there needed & will defo do better than the Jonnies  ;D
Anyway it must be a good thing seeing St Johns have decided to play in the same championship, St Galls did not have that choice last yr , there fate was pick for them .
Blue day all the way .Come on thee Galls  do Antrim an Ulster  most of all urselves proud .

Have to agree with the watson fella standing up for what he belives in also aswell fair play to the guy earning an extra few bob on the side . It not as if the county would pay you week in week out . Credit crunch  ;D
