GAA Discussion / Re: GAA Betting - All Info Appreciated.

Anyone any opinions on these teams for weekend?

Are there any of them you would avoid for any reason?

Mayobridge,Burren,Kilcoo,Bryansford,Ballinderry,Dr Crokes,Kingscourt,Dromore

Probably do them all in a rollup but might pick out the best 4 or so and have a decent punt - thinking Bridge, Ballinderry, Dromore amd Burren??

Opinions please

Antrim / Re: Antrim Football Thread
August 27, 2012, 04:00:18 PM
Bannside - maybe you could take your words back about Liam Bradley riding two horses at the one time.
In any interview i seen he said he was meeting wth his backroom team and the county chairman and then was going to make a decision. Thats exactly what he did. Your assumptions of him using Antrim as something to fall back on if he didnt get the Derry job were very far of the mark
You'll maybe go for the job again yourself.

Anyone any info on the following fancies?

Barna v Killainin in relegation championship in Galway. They are 1/3
St Molaise Gaels v Collaney/Mullinabrenna in Sligo. St.M are 8/15
Curry v St Johns in Sligo. Curry 4/7
Clonoe v Omagh in Tyrone. Clonoe 8/11
Corofin v St James in Galway. Corofin 4/9

Got a text about Clonoe saying they were going well. Also think Corofin are a big price for a team seen as best in Galway (or am I missing something). The two Sligo teams have been mentioned already. Picked the other Galway game myself while looking at tables on Galway website

Armaghgael

Why do you say Granemore? Are Pearse Ogs not the second best team arguebly in Armagh? Is Ronan Clarke not back out for the Ogs and Caolan Rafferty missing for Granemore?

I'd of thought the 8/15 on the Og's was a high price

General discussion / Re: Tenerife
August 02, 2012, 10:39:27 AM
Been in Gran Canaria so wanted to go somewere different.  Heard good reports about Tenerife and it being very family friendly with lots to do for children.
Going mid term break in school holidays so southern spain in thinking isnt south enough, hence needing to go to the islands.

General discussion / Tenerife
August 02, 2012, 09:53:50 AM
I am booking a holiday in Tenerife in school midterm this year.
Am I right in saying the busiest places to keep to are in and around Costa Adeje, Las Americas and Los Cristianos?
Couldanyonr recommed a good all inclusive hotel in this region, keeping in mind that I have quite a big family and dont want to spend a complete fortune.
Browsing through the hotel search engines there are three that look decent but all have mixed reviews (which I am sure every hotel will have).
They are Isla Bonita, Hotel Be Live La Nina and Dream Villa Tarogona.  Has anyone ever stayed or could they tell me anything about these?
Also, does the water park in Tenerife only open seasonally. I remember being on holidays in the Canaries when I was younger and lots of things were closed.
Thanks

Down / Re: Down Club Hurling & Football
June 07, 2012, 12:58:17 PM
I am thinking of doing a decent bet on the Down club championship this weekend.
I have been looking at recent years championship, traditions and league status.
Would I be right in saying Bryansford and Kilcoo are near dead certs this weekend.
I also fancy Longstone, Saval and Clonduff strongly at decent prices.  What are peoples thoughts on these three teams in particular or is there any 1 of them less certain than the other.
Opinions greatly appreciated
