 normal bed time should be between 9.30 and 11.30. I'd imagine the average (and thus normal) bed time would fall inbetween those times.

No normal time. I would say 8.5 hours before you get up again and stick to the same time would be a good nights kip.

I'd say when the work is done, and you're tired enough. No point in going if you cant sleep. For me, anything between 11:45pm and 1am
