Taking the Astrazeneca didn't fare well for this poor lady and there are plenty like her:

Some cracking replies to that tweet. My favourites are the ones about waiting for "holistic" doctors quacks to come up with homeopathic therapies and usual we'll "praying the covid away".

See SF South want to reduce Pension Age to 65 did they not vote to raise it here to 66 some time ago.

Their manifesto for last general election proposed a massive overhaul to the existing pensions setup. They want to do away with the existing tax incentives, with the argument being that they mostly benefit those who are already the wealthiest. I'm sure that is true, as it makes sense that those with more disposable income will be able to put more aside. But acting like there is no impeding pensions cliff coming is dangerous in the extreme. In 30 years time more than 50% of the population will be over 65

Good luck with them on that.

McIlroy plugged, Louis run into the hazard and Rahm stayed in bounds. Small margins and luck.

McIlroy very unlucky with that double, 99 times of 100 that ball doesn't plug.

He had no shot for his 3rd but doesn't matter as the right person won. Rahm played the best golf yesterday.

Maguire finished 2nd, had an eagle putt at the last to potentially win. Her best result to date....

Does her twin still play?

Caddies for her I think...

Don't think she does anymore. Tremendous performance from Leona today, a great ambassador for Cavan and ireland. Her first big win is coming soon.

I think she’ll win on the lpga but her problem is she is not long enough and short game not good enough to to make up the deficit. Can’t see her winning a major without chasing distance or some luck.

Enid Blyton has been cancelled now.

No more Famous Five for me. Ffs.
What’s she done?

Apparently her books are racist and xenophobic  ::)

Some of her work is dubious enough but this hardly new news.

I just finished renovating part of my house, and I want to furnish it.

The shelves in Ikea are basically f**king bare, as the pandemic has basically shut down their manufacturing completely and Ikea cannot say when they'll be fully stocked and back to business as usual. We can't get beds or the shelving we want. We did manage to get an order in for a couch from Pottery Barn or some other higher end shop back in March, but we won't see delivery of it until September!

Several major car companies, including Ford and Subaru, literally shut down their production lines in the US for a couple of months due to the chip shortage. The same shortage is affecting production of phones, computers, game consoles and other electronics. Anyone able to buy a PS5 for their kid yet?

On what f**king planet do governments want these shortages and inflationary pressures as they try to reopen economies and get life back to normal so they can keep their jobs at the next elections?

No but I got one for myself.

So you are asking them to charge less than normal?
That would be the expectation. They claim one of the reasons for their normal and high prices is to cover the cost Live music. There is no live music now and probably won't be for some time.

They’ve also a fraction of the customers and been shut for nearly 6 months. On top of that I would assume they have the same covid protections to put in place as any other bar/restaurant.

The whole of Kerry should be tackled first.

I never really get people who complain about the price of pints or food. If you don't want to pay those prices go somewhere else. Get a carryout, stay at home or whatever. Taking a picture and putting it on the internet - It's up there with the woman who left a bad review because the restaurant wouldn't give her just hot water and a cup so she could use her own teabag.

Don't go.

The point is why they feel the need to charge such prices in these times and as already said there is better areas to drink and eat in the city. Any decent business owner should be going out of his way to make sure customers return.

So you are asking them to charge less than normal?

Top 5 in Ireland (at the moment), no way I could pick international

1. RCD
2. Portrush (Dunluce)
3. Lahinch (Old)
4. Portmarnock
5. Tralee/The Island/The European (hard to decide but I do like playing Tralee more)

Just on Parklands, haven't got an invite to play Adare since it was redone and not paying full whack with a caddy etc...so the 3 I would put is Mount Juliet and Killeen Castle. The opens of the blacks in Killeen Castle are pure carnage  ;D

Druids Glen is great but the conditioning hasn't been where it should be the last number of years.

Killeen is a monster. Great condition though. Forgot that I played it. Shot a billion or so.

You're a busted flush. Leyton Hewitt went round her in 65

He was 21 when he burst onto the scene with that 65. Couldnt do it at 22. FACT
