My youngest was mad for the partying with her friends at college in Liverpool, but I'm not sure who that girl is now.. All fresh food, no calories, cooks her own stuff which is great, running, at the gym and not looking to go out as the after effects aren't worth it, prefers to get up and goes with me on the 5k walk with the dogs at stupid 0'Clock in the morning!

The other daughter not bothered either, in fairness one night out for her and she was toast for 3 days or more!

Kids are soft now! lol, brunch, coffees, holidays, looking after themselves, the onset of the likes of social media and online influencers have created a different kind of people, for the good and the bad in a lot of areas

I was working at Short brothers in Belfast, it hit, or maybe was convenient at the time the aviation industry massively

Huge redundancies hit after that as the commercial and private airlines companies were hit with various contracts being cancelled and this led to lads losing their jobs.

The blame game continues and no loss of life in any war, conflict, proxy is worth it, pain of a loved one taken in deepest Congo through war is no different to a loved one lost during the Twin Towers attack

Never sure why people do that, watched a clip the other day, the fella, a loyalist, killed his work mate, asked him to help him fix his car, the fella drove himself to his own death, he dumped him in the boot of the car. The man served 12 years came out of jail and hung himself weeks after the interview.. no cause is worth the pain caused, it's perpetual though, pain and grief generates hate and revenge and the cycle continues

Israel aside, I do not think that was ever the MO of the US or UK in their responses and the execution of the "war on terror".

I think some people feel that pain and suffering in some far away place in Africa is less to that when it was brought upon places like Madrid/Paris/London/New York and while that is a small small fraction of the carnage that goes on everywhere else, it was still horrific and terror

The battle of the Boyne is not a proper thing to commemorate in a holiday. But you could put the second Monday in July as a holiday and let people spend it as they wish.
