So Rishi rich wants mandatory national service for 18 year olds. We need to get as far away as possible from these people... (though I suspect it's about as likely as a bridge to Scotland)

Kildare and Meath same boat. Some half decent underage players but from the outside looking in it looks like in both counties they have went for former playing legends and it hasn't worked out at all. Yes it runs a bit deeper than those two men but if Louth can raise their level like that Meath and Kildare should be fit to do something too.

Donegal just much better. Thought Tyrone were going to really put it up to them but have really dropped off.

Evened up there with a dodgy free to Tyrone...

Quote from: Rebel84 on May 25, 2024, 07:48:53 PMSome catch by Morgan but what was he supposed to do when he fell awkwardly? Very soft free in.

It's still a foul though.

The Langland one wasn't at all.

Tyrone should be winning. A few wayward wides costing them.

Though Donegal catching up there.

Meath still could beat Monaghan who I don't think would be great this year. I would expect Louth to finish second unless Monaghan get a lot better.

Louth are a good team. Second best in Leinster by a good bit.

Shows you that you have a bunch of overpaid arseholes with football ability who can do things when they decide to bother.

Bet arsenal are sore this never happened in the league.

Quote from: imtommygunn on May 24, 2024, 10:20:42 AMIs James McCarthy injured? I don't see him in the dubs panel and hasn't been about much this year.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was.
He was named to start for one of the Leinster games but didn't make any appearance.
Could well be a re-occurence/flare-up or some injury.
If he doesn't appear for the group games, he'll be up against it in terms of featuring in the knock-out stages given the lack of match practice but I could see Dessie possibly risking him in an emergency situation.

I think that's more or less what happened the year kerry beat them. Not having him is a big blow to the dubs.

Hope he gets in.

I am not sure on Lagan Valley and north belfast there. I would have my doubts SF will get in again in north belfast. In lagan valley maybe? (though maybe wishful) DUP may be ousted.

Won either european or world cup with england.

He had a lot of potential but his main thing was he was far too small. I'd have expected more from him at fulham than everton as he was too young at everton. Definitely had a bit of potential.

what'd he say about enda mcnulty? Paul Grimley, David Gough and Cavanagh way out of line with. I haven't really listened much to him since. Doesn't seem to understand that RTE were absolutely bang on to get rid of him.
