Hard to call. The Romanians arent good. Italians have had feck all luck, and the french have just lost the plot!!
Ill go for the "greasy wops"

i disagree, the romanians played the better football against italy and deserved to win, france were overrated from the start, i wouldn't pay any more than £5 million for ribery,

romanians to win 1-0 against the dutch is 15/2, they'll be resting 4 or 5 at least due to yellow cards and maintaining fitness,

also don't write off the germans just yet

i am from that area and would justl ike to say that milburn primary school is situated in a bad area, even playing them in primary school soccer we used to get sectarian abuse,

its a shame and its clear that the parents are the main culprits

yes it happened against denmark in a qualifier match,

everyone is quick to rule out russia and back spain, hiddink will have them well drilled,

im guessing itl end a draw or russia will win

i know a chap that put a tenner on holland 3-0 and ruud van nistelrooy to get 1st goal at 150/1,

won £1500!!

anyone could win this open,

i mite put 30 on joe diamond each way,

forget rory mc ilroy, diamond is the up and coming star of irish golf

i totally agree with you about benzema, and lahm is a consistent wing back who can get forward, something brown lacks,

although saha, despite his recurring injury problems, is a top striker, in the 06/07 season he contributed a lot to the eventual p;ship success,

i think we should give him one more chance once he gets back from injury

i dont like to look too far ahead, but all this football is getting my excited, ireland havent qualified for major tournament since 2002,

i think trapatoni and tardelli etc. have the passion to turn things around,

players such as doyle, robbie keane, duffer, dunne, given, could all grace a top 4 side,

anyone agree ireland have under achieved in recent years under kerr and staunton?

i think the irish news is flawed in its judgement at times,

eg. i felt that marty mc grath for fermanagh was man of the match against monaghan but they gave it to mark little

however i don't like criticising it as it is a fantastic representative for broadcasting gaa,

well facts dont lie, united were unbeaten in premiership with rooney in the side, but lost 4 without him,

to say he would be a far bigger loss is maybe a big extreme but id definitely prefer to keep rooney, he has work rate and tenacity, and if played in the correct position (in the whole behind striker) he is in a class of his own i feel,

but i don't want to veer from the topic,

100 million for ronaldo, united can buy richards for right back, berbatov or cruz, plus maybe one more

i fancy romania tonight at 4/1 on william hill, well drilled team, their coach won european cup back in 80's with steua bucharest, he is meant to be a top manager,

also france are over-rated in my opinion, i think they will fail to qualify,

also russia 23/1 or germany to win euros,

russia under hiddink will stand gud chance, he led s korea to semis of world cup in 2002 and holland to the same stage in 1998,

rooney would be far bigger loss than ronaldo,

hes great player, but hes not die hard united so he can go feck off to real madrid and turn into a global icon like beckham,

at united its football first, playboys second,

thats way it always will be,

ronaldo is at a peak in his career i feel, he wont top wat hes done

conor gormley might not make the game for saturday,
