Derry man noseying into the hurling chat here and ive been thinking likes of Lisbellaw and Castleblaney would make up the vast majority of their county panels so those clubs players have all the luxuries of an inter county player so does that give them an unfair advantage against the likes of Swatragh who have hardly any county reps. It goes back the GAA trying to do away with inter county teams for counties with less than 5 clubs

Slaughtneil camogs well beaten by Loughiel, is Derry Camogie already suffering from the rise of women's football in the county?

Katie McCabe not wearing a poppy and the local news outlets bringing attention to it will bring criticism her way. If enough Irish sports stars grew some balls and refused to wear it it'd cease to be an issue

Do Dup still hold enough seats for the veto/Petition of concern? If not I'm sure it wont be hard to gather the extra couple needed for him to survive

Quote from: lurganblue on October 31, 2025, 02:08:55 PMFirst time ever watching The Traitors.  I probably jumped on the celeb bandwagon here, but it's been absolutely brilliant. Looking forward to the final next week.

Nearly flipped last night thought it was the final for it to end at 10 and say the final episode is a week away! Alan Carr really made the series even though I'd never particularly been a fan of his before

Ramsey out of nowhere!!

Can't see us winning this. Palace make changes but still strong and they have their big guns on the bench, where as we have nowt

Bigger fish to fry than this competition

1 out of 2 trophies they can still win this season

Got a cosy job and won Sam, if he'd went to Oz could have just been another one of many to have tried and failed over there

Quote from: Armagh18 on October 28, 2025, 06:49:41 AMCan't see Clonmore doing much with only a week turnaround. Couple of handy players but not a particularly strong team.

Sarsfields- who knows with the 3 weeks gap and if the game is at home they have enoigh big awkward men to at least compete but Derry usually strong.

They don't play the Derry champions.
Winner of Derry/Antrim prelim game? Or am I reading that wrong. Likely to be Derry champions who are usually strong?

The Derry and Antrim Prelim is for senior and Intermeidate

Another Kerkez shocker, defensive rebuild badly needed, noone in that defense is reliable these days

My kids at the age now they've started to notice "the wee flowers" for sale and they want one, have to awkwardly shuffle them past without explaining why they wont be getting one

Hopefully people remember their bare faced bigotry and finally come together to oust the likes of Robinson, Lockhart and Campbell at the next Westminster election, Allister unfortunately likely untouchable in North Antrim
