Best of luck to Mitchels - played against them many times.

The club themselves has suffered a number of times with players upping and going to other local teams. Barry Mc to Ballyholland when he lives a stonesthrow from gerry brown park, conor murphy to saval. both still playing and would have been a huge lift. I'm sure there are plenty others who have done same

im currently on 1950 cals a day with 190g of protein - 3 sessions a week in the home gym. ive dropped 16lb in 8 weeks and moved alot of flab into muscle. photos before and after are vital.

I use my fitness pal to track calories - right down to g's of protein per food. its very interesting once you get into it. I signed up to an online trainer marc heaney from the derry area who uses an app - sets out weights sessions, tracking body stats, progress photos all in one. each session i do is tracked and then i compete against the weights i lifted in the next session.

i havent seen myself holding back in the last 8 weeks - as far as the trainer told me, he didnt give 2 fiddly f**ks if i ate my target cals in mars bars. its all a calorie deficiency diet. highly recommend marc if anyone wants put in contact.

my diet now consists of a good balance and mix,

eggs, turkey, chicken, pastas, anything i want i can eat. protein bars/shakes - yeah i have these but most of the daily protein can be got from the food source

in regard to lifting weights and pumping protein at 14 - imo its far too young. its still a developing child at 14.

you have lost flab and gained muscle, flab doesn't turn in to muscle.
As for your trainer not caring if you got all your calories by way of mars bars, he really should care.
The 80/20 rule is probably a good guide- get 80% of your calories from whole, nutritious foods and 20% from your sweets/biscuits/crisps etc. You'll lose weight in a calorie deficit no matter what you eat, but realistically you aren't gonna be healthy if all those calories come from mars bars.

Again all about the balance because if you cut out the mars bars etc completely you're never gonna stick to the diet and end up binging

just for the record im not eating mars bars all day  ;D

Going End Feb for 4 nights/5 days;

Hotel - the edison times square, return from dub-jfk £1500 (2 adults)

How much spending money should one budget for daily (if attractions are pre booked).

on the attractions - i see there are some passes - are the 3/4 day passes worth it? or is it best to book each one by one

Regarding fibrus- just arrived in my area. Pole at bottom of driveway, wanted to take fibre from it to my house roughly 50m, and direct across my garden over my drive way.

Jokers.

Basically guided their civils guy that I required 2 poles, along a side lane and then to gable of house. Agreed and waiting poles being put in. Hope to be connected before end nov.

Was at a relatives house last weekend outside stewartstown in the middle of the sticks. He has fibre and pays for 300mb/s. He was getting 295 when I was testing so I'd be happy enough.

FYI fibrus will pay up to £450 to get you out of your current providers contract and a £10 per month discount also. I've signed up to 300mb/s for £39.99 a month inclusive of discount

That couldn't be right about the coal, Where's that at General? I was getting 3 20kg bags of double for £21 and Coal £22 before Christmas, filled the bunker plus another 10 bags stacked. Was gonna get more, but a bag coal more than £10 for 20kg ridiculous

i promise you its right - i nearly fainted. 5ways in newry. i checked another place local and its the same

i would have went and got 4 bags of coal and a few bags of sticks for 30 quid (ish) the last time i lit the fire - im sure that was maybe jan/feb time
