Where did Poacher come from? I know he is a Down man but his rise to prominence with Carlow seemed to come out of nowhere! Does he have a healthy track record with any other counties or clubs?

Poacher had already been suspended by Down for a good part of last year for bring a dick. No track record of success at all except self publicity

Can't see it Cuan. The biggest draw of the first round is obviously Mayobridge and Burren but then again even if Mayobridge were to beat them they are back in. Time to bring back the straight knockout? If I were the county board I would take all games away from Newry until maybe the quarter finals. Looking forward to poacher v Down this weekend. Or I mean Carlow. Every paper you lift it's about poacher nobody else.
