If they are implementing the 3 in each half it should be the keeper plus 3 for defending team. Not fair that they can overload with keeper in other half.

The solo and go will be decent. That's prob the only thing I agree with

All part of the jeopardy. You want to bring your goalie up and the opposition have 3 forwards up for a turnover. The defence either drop someone back to cover goal which becomes a 3 on 2 or the forward has an empty net to shoot into.

I think after a few goals against goalies and coaches will be less eager to create that overload.

At club level too there may not be that many keepers worth bringing up over halfway particularly in junior and intermediate level.

A lot of keepers nowadays are outfield players

Yeah if you were smart you'd put one of your better shooters in a keeper jersey, they be the free man in attacks, with more space and 2pt line it 100% will be a lot of teams tactic

Our sevens teams that did well at Kilmacud the 'keeper' generally ended up being the player of the tournament

Was wondering if anyone could tell me who the Down people are managing or coaching at clubs in your County for the coming season? There's a debate on the Down board at present trying to tally the numbers of people managing or coaching outside of Down? Any help would be welcome

Belfast GAA man

Are the on the naughty list ?

Round or stuffed

Now we are officially into 2025, how many managerial vacancies are there still in the county
