One arsehole on this board some time back informed me that he was well qualified to speak on the troubles for no other reason than because he heard about it on the news in the south. It's honestly amazing that some of those who grew up under such draconian state censorship honestly think they are in a position to lecture.
This logic would disqualify some of you from lecturing on any issue in the South, but it sure doesn't stop people the likes of Lawnseed.
The censorship was idiotic and a complete violation of a basic right to free speech. The TV stations made it even more idiotic by using an actors voice. Thus the farcical appearance that it was Adams' voice that was offensive, not what he had to say.

Used to play for the Beehive Bar in the Lurgan pubs league in the mid 70s. Some great characters back in the day
Back in the day when it was an old mans bar and 90% of the alcohol sold was stout, it had the name for the best pint of stout in the town. Now of course its done up and the younger brigade have moved in and if you're looking a partner Sat night is the night to be there (only went one Sat and couldn't believe the amount of women running around looking for a victim)

If he does sign what is the likely front 6 be?
Carrick Jones
Mata Rooney Janazzi (excuse spelling )
RVP
Still think could spend money better elsewhere such as Coleman, Shaw and Modric.

Heard an interesting rumour today about 2 junior belfast clubs joining for senior football this year as both are struggling for numbers, anyone else heard this?

Slightly ott I'd say. Valencia, Hernandez, Cleverley and Nani should be kept. Nani wrecks my head at times but a couple of years ago he went through a stage where he was sensational. Cleverley is an adequate backup and if confidence can be restored then he will be fine. Valencia's best days might be behind him but he always puts in a shift and won't let you down. Clearly Hernandez is a top finisher and should be held on to.
Can't argue with any of he rest.
You'd be looking at the guts of £150M to replace them less what would be realised for the ones that go. The money should be there if the greedy orcs stop drinking from the trough.
The money might be there but finding the suitable players to fill the gaps is the problem. I don't expect much progress this window. The next problem is finishing in the top 4 to make Utd as attractive as possible to incoming players in the summer when I expect a lot of buying and selling. Still think top 4 is possible if Rooney and RVP can get back soon.
By the way, I really can't understand why people don't rate DeGea.. He is top drawer.
