Easy win for Burren tonight; Glenn seemed overawed, none of the drive that dismantled the Bridge. !5 men behind the ball even when 6 points behind in the second half revealed their mindset

That's what he said!

I think that might be optimistic, myself.  But it is only a matter of time.

Quote from: trueblue1234 on September 29, 2023, 11:21:45 PMGreat result and performance tonight from Drumragh. One of the best games we've had this year. Setting up a nice local Derby with Fintona. Few lads getting back to fitness at the right time. Hard to call the final now. Very much a 50/50.

It has been a good junior championship so far. Tight finishes in most games (bar few trimmings first round). Quality fairly good to date 👍

Haven't watched any Patrick Kielty's late late shows thus far however of the Tubridy shows I watched the strong themes was talking to someone that's about to die or knew someone that died tragically and if that person has brought out a book about it all the better.

Quote from: clarshack on September 29, 2023, 09:46:09 PMWhen the likes of Varadkar and Bono are talking about a United Ireland it must be only a matter of time. It wasn't that long ago that Varadkar wouldn't even entertain the idea so why now the change?

Whether you are in favour of United Ireland or not it would be ridiculous to deny that it is likely to happen by 2050.

Too many double negatives in that statement. Is 2050 still ridiculously early? I would have thought the fact that even the SDLP are now looking at 2030 for a poll should tell you how things are changing.

A great interview with Rob Delaney. Enjoyed the Mick Lynch interview too.
