Think it is second bottom plays third bottom. Loser is down and the winner plays forth bottom. The loser in this case is down. This way rather than a mini league. I think its wrong that three should go down. I would think the teams currently in div 2 are much stronger that those coming up. There will be big battles down at the bottom of div 2 over the next few weeks.

You're probably right about the teams going down from division 2 being stronger but there is only one team getting promoted from div 3, so that they can decrease the size of divisions to ten teams. This may lead to some hammerings next year when the team up from div 3 plays the teams down from div 1 but it should hopefully even itself out within a few years time.

So the Ulster title would give him half of wee Pete's totals of those trophies. Let's just find him a couple of senior All Irelands as a manager and the appointment will start to make sense.

That one's nowhere near as clearcut Pat. Eduardo's stood out as particularly blantant, like Lafferty last year or Diouf a couple of seasons ago for Bolton.

What I think is strange is that had the referee recognised the fact that Eduardo was cheated, he'd have picked up only a yellow card and there'd have been no suspension yet now he's facing a (deserved) 2 match ban. There's an anomaly there. Maybe in cases where the ref thinks there's been a dive, he should just not award a penalty or free kick and look at the incident after the match to decide if a ban should be administered.

And the conspiracy theories about this being related to the United match today are hilarious. 

Why is Rooneys less clearcut TAM? Both look like penalties in real time but it can be seen that there was no contact with the aid of video evidence. And I agree about the conspiracy theories.

I'd say kilcoo would be favourites but they could be beat by any of the other 4 teams if they were on their day.
