These semi finals have been so underwhelming, terrible promotion from the GAA and an utter shame for the players involved.

Another Tyrone v Kerry final at this grade, will Kerry finally get one over on us?

Kildare brutally slow in attack, at this rate they'll have completely blown the advantage of playing with a huge wind.

On a separate note this is a pathetic crowd for an all Ireland semi final. Why could this not have been played at the weekend?

Ruairi McCullagh late addition to the Tyrone squad, you'd have to imagine he'll start or play a major part of second half if required.

This Roscommon team is going to have a field day running through the centre of our defence. They've serious running pace and we've been wide open all year.

Is there anything to be said about just going back to the original back door system?? Open draw and one more chance.

Some tasty games in there...Kerry v Donegal the stand out. Armagh v Derry will be interesting, Dublin v Louth likewise.

From a Tyrone point of view, we owe the Rossies after putting us out in Omagh a few years ago.

The draw is live on GAA+ at 1pm

According to Google AI...

No, under the new 2026 GAA rules, a two-pointer cannot be scored directly from a sideline ball. A two-point score is only awarded for a kick from play or a free kick taken on or outside the 40m arc. Sideline kicks and '45's are worth one point, regardless of where they are taken.

Key 2026 Scoring Rules:Two-Point Requirements: The ball must be kicked from play or a free with a foot on or outside the 40m arc and go directly over the bar.

Touch Rule: A defensive touch in flight does not cancel a two-pointer, but an attacking touch reduces it to one point.

Exceptions: Sideline balls, '45s, and placed balls taken from within the arc do not qualify for two points.

Quote from: TyroneTam on May 02, 2026, 05:31:38 PMNow up to eight wides for Derry, these are the sort of stats that can come back and bite you in the arse at FT. Poor quality game overall.

Just knew those wides would come back to haunt Derry

Quote from: oakleafgael on May 02, 2026, 06:41:40 PMGreat kick to equalise but its laughable how it was a lineball to Monaghan to begin with.

Bobby McCaul should have had a 45 5 mins before full time and also got an extremely harsh free given against him with 2 mins to go for a light push

Any word on Concannon's fitness? What is his current injury?
