Brains would be severely lacking in those cnuts.
Time the Law was enforced on them as it would be on the rest of us if we decided to block roads, oil depots etc.
#2
Armagh 18 spouting the same stuff as the Shinners on this.
#3
Ordinary genuine people can't afford a week without income or to be wasting diesel driving all over the country for no pay
#4
Geoghegan sounds like a right bit of stuff! Total🤠
#5
Most of the messages to local radio stations sound remarkably similar....
All the Government's fault
The Governnent has to go
The Government won't help the Irish people

Seems one of the organisers will be joining the various organisations meeting the Minister tomorrow.

Minister Dooley says he's meeting a delegation from the representative bodies.

Ignorant extremists usually do lose the PR battle.
The more people they inconvenience the more they lose it.
Being supported by Tommy ten names says it all.
Rumours of queues at filling stations now as supplies not coming in.

"That will show the Government" ::)  ::)

Quote from: Armagh18 on April 09, 2026, 10:13:09 AMBB2, I would say blocking any and all traffic (exceptions for ambulances obviously) is a valid form of protest. Not sure how else the government will pay any heed.

Protesting is making your point in public. Blocking roads is simply coercion, they have no right whatsoever to involve third parties.

Quote from: tyroneStatto on April 09, 2026, 10:27:12 AMwhat is the best way to persuade governments to cut tax on fuel?

Vote for a party that has that a policy, if they win then they will be the government. But the majority of people do not want to cut the price of fuel in general, so you might be out of luck.

How do you work that out? Must be some amount of folk then sitting pretty with loads of disposable income.

The high tax on fuel in Europe is a deliberate policy to reduce the effects of price variations.
But whatever your income, tax has to be collected on something, and people may think fuel as good as the alternative.

I wonder what services those morons want cut back to pay for reducing fuel duties?

Or is it "Its all the fukn Governments fault and we need to get rid of them"

Protest in fkn Washington and Tel Aviv then.

And as Louther intimates nazifascist elements probably involved somewhere.

Absolute morons.
Made their point Tuesday but turning towards mob rule now.
Diesel obviously not too dear to burn driving slowly around the roads of Ireland and they can afford days with no income.

And of course "Independent Ireland" and AontĂș like shivers looking for a spine to crawl up (as some politicians was once described)

The cnts are still continuing their illegal invasion of Lebanon.
