There already is a third tier in football, played as a curtain raiser on football semi-final weekend

These players however aren't GPA/grant funded

The GAA hierarchy needs to look at running football in a manner closer to hurling with more tiers and grant funding for elite overseas players, the footballers of Yorkshire deserve mileage and protein from Croke as elite players just as much as the Yorkshire hurlers who aren't left wanting

A few extra shilling at the pump a small price to pay to pressure this hall of fame **** to stop

There's levels to football, and there's levels to football administration, and Spurs are operating like a 9 in a row SPL team hoping to bank their tenth, an absolute shambles

Turkey shoot inbound, 10+ points

Was hoping they'd give it to legend Arry or legend Tim to take them down, which would have been similar to Shearer taking Toon down which was rather hilarious

About 10 years ago in an extremely affluent and leafy part of Blighty I saw a police wagon stationed 100m from a synagogue with the words 'antisemitism surveillance unit' emblazoned on the side. Funny how resources are assigned so specifically to one creed in an area with practically zero crime on a nondescript random Summers evening, in comparison to the lack of resources and proliferation of food banks in areas with abject poverty < 5 miles over the road

If Cork and Meath can fall to shite for as long as they have then Tyrone have no devine right to be at the top table any time soon, into Man Utd territory, the players aren't for changing, full factory reset needed, Peter the only man for it and thats blue sky thinking

Under the cosh for a full 10mins before the opening goal with left side being ripped to pieces and wasn't fit to change it

Has a very specturmy tendency to change it on 60mins, goal was conceded on 58.5mins or so, total bullshite when you're literally waiting on the clock to make the change

Wouldn't blame Kepa, noone deliberately makes a mistake, game was lost on the line simple as

For the amount of deputy GK who never got a look in even in McKenna Cup as Niall started virtually every game, its a shame to see the toys thrown out when he's expected to take a reserve role for a game or 2

If there's issues with mgmt/method fair enough to some extent, but players the world over in all codes rarely look in the mirror to see what they can do to improve, possibly a systems failure on multiple fronts at this point, players mgmt. board

Paul Donnelly or Peter Canavan to follow on?

Rice is a very good player but he wouldn't lace the boots of the very best.
[/quote]

His physicality is something else, doesn't seem to tire, a couple of times he's run top class operators into the ground, against the top 1% with that added guile he'll get caught a bit, but not for lack of willing, such a driving force and I think he makes the players round him better which is a huge intangible

Interesting that not much ball being directed to Saka of late, has gone off the boil, hopefully springs back into life now sooner than later, has played a ton of football without much break the last 5 or 6 years

Arsenal v Leverkusen, Ally is Rice the best MF in the world?

That a week after Valverde scored a hat trick v City

You couldn't be up them

Just makes the inevitable World Cup fail even funnier

Especially when they'll get totally bossed in MF by the first decent team they come up against
