Decent game so far 1-12 0-16

Morikawa is looking good, Scottie just keeps plugging away and Schauffele dropping away last week might come back and haunt him again..

11/2 for Colin looks a good price

Poor aul Pat was a bit of a renegade had his own rules! Got excommunicated... when you think of some of the ones that weren't excommunicated...
God Rest Him 🙏

He did a lot of stuff with Eurochildren when it began..

I remember we got held up at Heathrow one trip and had to stay over. Me and a friend were in the room next door to his at the hotel and he lost the plot with us as we'd the music blasting lol!

He wasn't the worst

Not sure if she personally broke the rules, never seen an official list, that's immaterial though.

The reality was that it made the news because members of SF who were in government were 'seen' to flaunt the rules

That was and is an own goal. Those responsible? Those that turned up who weren't invited I'd assume?

Not the responsibility of the family though, no controlling that

Quote from: imtommygunn on May 17, 2024, 07:06:22 PMDid you listen to the Maurice Deegan podcast MR? If not you should. He talked about expenses and stuff too.

Link?

Wouldn't be his biggest fan if I'm being honest lol

My father had his service from the same church, we had the 30 or so that was allowed but from the short journey from his home the place was packed with mourners, and outside the church it the service was played on a screen

Great clubman of ours had his funeral during that period, plenty lined the streets and we insured distance and so on..

There were plenty of funerals up and down the country that did their best to stay within the rules, and failed but Storeys will only make the news.

It's embarrassing that it's still a bone of contention, that said, it was always going to come back and bite them in the ass.

Cuffing people for driving on an extra 20 meters

He's lucky he didnt have a broken tail light, that allows the cops to stick the knee in the neck

Not sticking up for the Polis here, but somethings are well understood - not f**king around at the scene of an accident is one of them. Can only imagine that tensions were running high given there's some kind of accident that has led to an hour delay.

No one is saying there wasn't a accident in this case a loss of life, but enough of the cuffs and 'Back up or you're going to jail also!' crap

Whatever happened to 'Wooo big man, tell ya what it is, there's been a bad accident down there, someone has lost their life in a collision, do you mind waiting here till we sort it out? Cheers...

No lets go all nuke lol

The draw will throw up some games, as a neural who can't comment ;)  Two teams getting out of their groups handy enough, the rest will be a toss of a coin
