Just bought my ticket for yhe special train from Belfast and will enjoy the 20 mins peace and quiet until the buckfast brigade in their orange tracksuits get on in Lurgan, still sh*t-faced from the night before for their twice twice a decade trip to Croker.   Don't let the GAA down lads.

That's weird, is this not our 5th trip to Croker in 4 years?

Limited number of tickets tomorrow on sale online. Expect those to go in a flash.

Any idea what time?

Derek O'Mahoney down to referee.

What sort of crowd would be expected at this? Around 55-60k?

Galway 5k
Kerry 10k
Ross 15k
Mayo 20k
Neutral 5k

More Kerry ones than Galway, really?

Today should be a big moving day. I'd be backing froome or Bardet to win. Climb the Galibier and then a descent to the finish. Should suit both of them. Maybe they will let a breakaway build a big lead if there is noone of note in it. We will see however if Bardet has any ambitions of winning he has to attack today and tomorrow to gain some kind of cushion before the TT. Shame about Dan Martin yesterday. Bit of sickness throughout the team and got caught out by the crosswinds.

Why was the whole team helping the green jersey though? Surely Martin should have been closer to the front at least.
Interesting listening to Boardman last night he thought it was the right call. The Green jersey is something tangible to win / protect.  Martin's best chance is (was) Top 3 at very best. So they were playing the percentages; irony now being that Kittel has a savage fight on his hands for green from Matthews. It also could've just been an on the hoof balls up.

Kittel has just abandoned.

Have Bardet backed at 20/1 so hopefully he can lead over the top of the Galibier and gain some time on the decent.

The polls were wrong for Cameron's majority in 2015, for Brexit and for Trump. I have a cheeky fiver on Jeremy next PM 7/1.

The first bearded PM in over a century.

He's 9/2 at the minute!

Any of you Orchard dwellers making the trip to Pairc Markievicz on Sunday?

Yes heading down for the rugby Saturday then staying for the game on Sunday, what are the best bars to go to?

Not sure what your objection is there Portmor, but from about half way through q3 they started yapping and moaning at each other- heads were down, yapped about every call and non call to the refs. Look at when westbrook and curry got called together for the chat. The difference in demeanor and the cajoling of each other by the GSW and the OKC guys bitched each other out at every turn. Westbrook tried to win it on his own, but KD was in and out in the second half. When GSW are on that no center offense its great watching. The D got some great turnovers too. Was surprised to see OKC coming back as much as they did in Q4 but the damage was done by then.

Could be the makings of a great finals series- both teams playing great. Lebron at 6 finals in a row with 2 different teams- thats very very impressive. Can he bring Cleveland their first title this year? The bookies say no, GSW are comfortable favorites, I just don't think it'll be as easy a run as they think...

Sorry I misread your comment, I thought u meant that OKC had to fight against the refs as well as the Warriors. Finals should be great, could be another game 7 on the cards.

Thunder just quit in q3. From 13 up to 11 down. Game over. Under pressure instead of fighting back they fought themselves and the refs. Not pretty. Warriors are ridiculous from downtown.

And the refs? Seriously? Your going down that route
