I didn't see the Derry/Donegal match, but I am seriously impressed by any team allegedly out played who's best players were stymied but still managed 17 points. Goals win games but can be prevented. it was 15 scores to 17.

I can never understand this post match analysis which counts the number of scores rather than total up the number of points. There is a reason why a goal is worth 3 points and that is because they are supposed to be much more difficult to score.

Mickey Harte has yet to prove that he can adapt tactically to prevent goal chances against his side while still carrying a goal threat at the other end of the pitch. He did neither last weekend.   

The latter was in no small part to the way Donegal set up. Derry was scoring goals for fun coming into last weekends game.

Heard this at the weekend, GAA pay taxes on Northern games but no on Southern games

Could we move the Stormont funded stadium to South Armagh and put the entrances in Louth?

That route is already busy...

Seen some tosser making a dick of himself outside the courtroom when Donaldson came out. Some people do anything to post online.

Major c**k up by the police to bring him out and no transport. Saw a photo of that man and he looks exactly like you expect him to. Bryson seems to think he's a republican.

Could be a republican but highly unlikely.

Doesn't look like he knows him to me. Ben Lowry just being nosy.

Yeah, expectations will be tempered for next season all right. Top 4 would be an excellent achievement for Slot or whoever the new man ends up being.

And Klopp, there will be a fist-bump statue at some point!
