what height is spearing?

4 foot nothing.

guys, im usually as blinkered as most when it comes to pool players, but really have to say i see nothing in young spearing that would make him next or near a half decent pool team.  For his position he is far too small,lightweight, and what else does he have in the locker??  I know he's local etc etc but yer man kelly is the one to keep the natives happy with a local prescence.

Rant over :)

Also, i now have a bad feeling about this old tfr window, time ticking on, and we've still done nowt....

quit yo jibbajabba fool, time may be ticking but unlike previous times the wheels are in motion.  Ajax are being a small bit disingenious about the whole Suarez deal saying that Liverpool only offered around £13m for him.  I think the deal that was offered was £13m plus Babel who Liverpool valued at around £7m therefore the "real" value of the offer was £20m.  Ajax didn't value him at that, or simply didn't want him(can't blame them really) so they are saying Liverpool only put £13m cash on the table.  If the money from Hoffenheim comes through then there will be a straight cash offer of around £20m which is closer to the mark and Ajax will bite.

och i know; just bein impatient i suppose;
i just remember my disappointment last window when we failed with the last minute bid for big carlton :P ;D

I thought Sky would try and keep this as quiet as possible but not only are they reporting it as a main story on Sky News they actually showed the clip and they also showed another clip from earlier that morning also involving Andy Gray.

Most be very embarrassing for both men.  I'm not a big fan of either, a suspension was the right decision.

aye, one of the reporters and gray were standing before an interview, and he's sayin stuff like "i hear she's a bit of alright, a bit of a looker " etc etc.  Id say if anything he could be in more bother, as he's more dispensable than the two "legends" themselves.....

Katherine Jenkins, a Welsh singer. Classic-cum-pop music, if you catch my drift. Fantastic voice.

I didnt realise it was her, some body on her there  :o

What i would give for some camel toe in that pic, ahem.

I digress; this sky atlantic channel, is it going to be HD only, or will anyone be able to watch???

Heganboy, ta for confirming,
was a couple of yrs younger, so never really knew him, absolutely destroyed teams at u16 level, wasnt about much for our minor team; knew the brother more, far less footballin abilty but a real hatchet man lol;
You might get a boot in the hole of him for that statement quit yo!!  :) If im guessing right you made have made this thread yourself :). P.s. Would you have been seen making an attempted comeback in the gym of a certain GAA club in the not too distant past!?! I myself would have been in the no potential and certainly never made it category :) :)
P.s. Rory McEldowney was a damn good player, but probably more a soccer man, think he had trials with Millwall around that time, whenever Millwall were a decent outfit!

leaverinsir!!! youre sharp ill give you that! had you sussed from a while ago, was waiting to have a bit of fun with you before i revealed myself lol.  I do levitate towards these threads, as i get to reminisce about my own failures lol.  The brother was a soccer player on a gaa field, and a dorty one at that, i had to mark him in training dont forget!!  But a good spud.

tommygunn...did you say dummy or tummy  ;D

Rory does have an AI winners medal at U-21 same year as Tohill Burns and co. so may be a bit harsh to say he didnt make it. And as always with Rory, from what I remember there is a quare story about that year too...

And he has some college scoring records in soccer in the US for Fordham college

Heganboy, i only introduced Rory to the thread in reply to a poster who enquired about the kilrea men on the 89 AI minor team from derry; although i can see where i implied that perhaps he didnt "make it"
didnt think they won u21, isourboydownyet confirmed this..
i would however like to hear some of the stories you are referrin to  ;)
