Animal Kingdom is a remake of an earlier Australian film that I highly recommend. One of Ben Mendelsohn's best roles.

It'll work for sure. You'll not get the absolute full benefit of the system's capabilities on some sources is all.

If most of what you'll be watching is streaming, not really likely to impact you.

"Complete the process of the catch" is the correct one. They got rid of "survive the ground" years ago. Pity, as that's exactly what happened here.

Cooks lost control of the ball as he hit the ground. If the ball had touched the ground then, it would have been rolled an incomplete pass rather than a catch. McMillan instead took it away from him so the INT is correct.

And on a related note, the Bills fired McDermott this morning. That might seem harsh as so much of the result was on Allen rather than the coaching but can't help but feel he's had plenty of chances. They're moving into the new stadium next year so reasonable enough that they want to have a clean break and freshen things up. At least by NFL standards.

Quote from: Sportacus on January 18, 2026, 06:12:49 PMTwo teams coached to go at it, both a credit to themselves.  Stark contrast from the Intermediate Final dross.  The ref had a very big impact on the outcome in last few minutes.

He had a huge impact throughout. Umpires and linesmen too. A day to forget on that front.

Quote from: blanketattack on January 18, 2026, 06:10:56 PMVery unfair, Dingle are a Div 2 team in Kerry. They should be in the intermediate championship.

Dingle 3 from 4 2-pointers.
Brigid's 2 from 8 2-pointers.
Gavin gives another All-Ireland to Kerry.
What are you on about. The league is completely separate and irrelevant to championship.
It's played without county players which Dingle have several of and obviously Mark O'Connor also.

Whoosh.

Brigid's been handpassing their way into trouble all day and it cost them. Fair play to Dingle. Brilliant game.

Quote from: tyroneStatto on January 18, 2026, 05:04:23 PMGreat finish but St. Brigids got away with one with the 45 that should have been given as wide.

Absolutely. And Dingle got away with Paul Geaney on the pitch for 10 mins that he shouldn't have been. Swings, roundabouts.

Overall, think the officiating has been quite poor. They've missed quite a bit on both sides

Quote from: gallsman on January 18, 2026, 04:55:14 PMThis f**king nonsense again. If you don't want those given as black cards, what you are saying is you want referees to pick and choose what rules they apply, when and how.

By all means complain about the rules themselves, but under the rules as they are today, both are clear as day black card offences.

45 for Brigid's now that should have been wide.
Yeah spot on. Both blacks by the rules but ffs do we really what to see boys missing 10 minutes of a game for silly stuff like that

For cynical play where you pull a man down and prevent a goal scoring opportunity? Yes absolutely we do.

No less than Brigid's deserved. Very even game all round.

Conor Hand is a supreme footballer. Even at the end there the composure to look for that pass and play it inch perfectly, knowing it couldn't go inside the arc was fantastic.

Quote from: Milltown Row2 on January 18, 2026, 04:55:12 PMWhy was the Dingle lad maa as king a square sign there lol

O'Connor blocked it back into the forward's knee and they gave as 45 instead of wide.

Brigid's have kicked a fair few short.
