Why is no one talking about City " bottling" the league?
It was in their hands after beating Arsenal then they mess up against Everton.
They might still win it but it's crazy to think everyone was saying Arsenal had bottled it but the same isn't being said about City.

How was that not given as a handball in the Forest game?

Quote from: ArmaghTastic on May 15, 2026, 09:52:59 PMIt's Bournemouth I feel sorry for, could have been in Champions League if AV finished 5th and won UEFA Cup

Could catch Liverpool yet
You're right actually didn't think of that.

Have no idea mate I don't follow either team so have no bias towards anyone. I was just specifically asking about the handball goal.

Surprised there hasn't been more chat about ManUs second goal yesterday.
It looked obvious that it hit his hand.

Gary Neville claiming it was only a minute touch and therefore shouldn't be disallowed doesn't really matter, if you can be offside by a toenail then even a minute touch is still handball.

Was it the Euros or the World Cup that had technology that sensed when a handball occurred via a chip in the ball?

Does it matter what position the clubs in the Top 5 finish as they all get Champions League next season anyway?
Apart from silly bragging rights I suppose it's really not that important. If you're not first it then it's just about finishing in the top 4 or 5 as it will be this season.

Quote from: lurganblue on April 20, 2026, 09:59:04 AMI think it's possible if Villa win the Europa League, but I am not 100% on that.
I think the only way England get a 6th spot is if Nottingham Forest win the Europa League.
On another note if Nottingham Forest do win it and are also relegated have a team ever played in the Champions League that weren't in their domestic top league.

Quote from: moonster on April 19, 2026, 01:32:44 PMRoutine wins for Kildare, Meath and Laois. Wicklow could give the dubs rattle.

We are waiting for Meath to bate Louth in Leinster final.
Kildare and Laois are playing each other, how can they both win?

Quote from: tyrone08 on April 12, 2026, 06:30:37 PMNo harm but aramagh have benefited  massively from this ref.

He's been poor both ways. He's handed Armagh at least 5 frees they didn't deserve but on the other side it's never a red card for McMullen.

Letter of the law it was a yellow for high challenge. Over the game ref 100% benefited Armagh.
Sure he did 🙄

Hasn't been a classic. Could go either way in extra time.

Quote from: NAG1 on April 08, 2026, 12:12:18 PMI think it is pretty simple, if Limerick play to their potential there isn't a team to touch them. If they have the hunger back which it appears they do, then I can't see anyone getting close.

Clare will be glad to be out of that division, the level difference in the two games was huge. Hoping that Tipp can bounce back and get the form back from late last season.
Definitely agree with you re Limerick. Think they will be very hard stopped this year.
