Quote from: Wildweasel74 on March 06, 2026, 11:01:29 PMVery few countries outside Francecl dont use a No.10 for Kicking. Barrett had do it a while as his replacement couldn't placekick for shit.

Barret played 10 for NZ plenty. And he's not even the best kicker in his house.

Quote from: LC on March 06, 2026, 12:59:14 PMI see Dan Bilzerian not holding back on his opinions anyway on what he thinks of the good people of Israel.

There's something amiss with these types, there's an odious side to them I can't shake off, but on Israel he's right.

Also,
what has happened to the likes of Tucker Carlson? He's going in big time on Israel and AIPAC as well?

I also believe Piers Morgan invites Pro Israel Zionists onto his show to deliberately demean them as they always get handed their arses on a plate and is now getting sued by some Pro Israel legal type.

Good article in the Guardian today about how they're all eating themselves:

https://www.theguardian.com/media/2026/mar/06/conservative-media-open-warfare-over-iran

Tucker, Kelly and all appear to have actually believed Trump that his whole "movement" was about America first. Couple of good clips of Carlson making a twat of Ted Cruz over Iran last summer coming back up recently as well.

Likes of Hegseth are just apes who really get off on blowing shit up, especially if it's brown people on the receiving end. There's no ideology behind it.

Yes. 100% absolutely, unequivocally, yes.

If you think otherwise you're a f**king muppet.

"Surely likely maybe"

I don't get what the big deal is, I always put in £50

Well £50 would get you a fair bit less now. I usually put in 40 myself to be fair but there was a difference in how much I got

There's always one.

Relentless... I was asked about Canavan from a Belfast boy who slates Tyrone any given opportunity. Spent the Ulster club championship slagging off Tyrone.. no other counties teams. He didn't mention Neil McManus who's done the same on the Allianz issue. Wasn't about the issue was another opportunity to slag off a Tyrone player so I just reminded him what Belfast GAA has to offer... and then it moved to a lad with mental health issues. Maybe just draw a line under it...

Feeling that way alright.

Fairly confident we'll beat the Dubs but knowing our luck they'll get another win and send us down.

What exactly has luck had to do with their current plight?

I'll happily criticise Neil McManus, or anyone else for that matter. The point though is that you're very, very, very vocal about Allianz but don't have a word to say about St. Peter.

As for Belfast, Antrim and the GAA, I haven't lived there in 20 years but I'd wager I still do considerably more than a blowhard such as yourself. Underage refereeing my hoop.

As for "slagging off Tyrone clubs" I'm at a bit of a loss. I mean, we were all discussing football matches. Are we not supposed to do that on the GAA Discussion Board? In the interests of full transparency, I'll fully admit to agreeing with some of your county mates. Ciaran Daly is absolutely crap.

Where else have I slagged off Tyrone? Seems to be you're doing most of your engagement about Tyrone football with your own county men.

I don't think it's a gotcha moment at all. I just think it's rampant hypocrisy. You think the fact the man is a legend and happened to be very good at kicking a ball excuses that hypocrisy? Fine, but at least have the balls to just come out and say that. You coward.

"Oh oh oh Antrim GAA is crap"

Well done you, got me right in the feels there.

Also would you like to comment on the hypocrisy and arrogance of Peter Canavan being part of these protests while continuing to participate in a show called Allianz League Sunday?

Quote from: Truthsayer on February 28, 2026, 09:50:32 PMHe suggested today that protesters came into "our property". That in essence sums up Jarlath and the hierarchy. The protest today was packed with GAA members. It's not the property of a select few suits, who want to dictate to us.
The issue should have been discussed.

Hard working Gaels you mean, who put more work into the Association in five mins than likes of you do in a lifetime.
