I always try to go to the gym in the morning when on holidays or for a run
You can eat like a trooper all day

you can't out exercise a bad diet... at least not at my age

Yeah nothing hard ... 5 miler at an ok pace, itís more a Ďwell at least I can have a few sups and plenty foodí thingy

And no ya canít exercise out a bad diet but sitting by the pool eating drinking all day (if youíve had that run) will at least make things easier come the straight and narrow when back!

Yes at 46 I canít out exercise my, well previous diet! Fecking bummer

Each to their own but this thread is the exact opposite of what my mental model of a holiday is.
