Basically he had a HUGE row with Mickey Harte about the state of the training pitch and that there was no balls or bibs
Mickey and Brian and a huge row to which Brian told him he's not even from Tyrone but Armagh and that he never respected him as a player or a person.
He told him he's so out of tune with what's going on in the camp and that all the players is taking the piss out of him showing him one a real beard is and not something you could rub off with a rough cloth.

Dooher was sent packing from Clogher and the Clann's board paid for a Lynx helocopter to fly him home.
