Looking to get a camcorder or whatever the fcuk they are called now
Am looking to get a cheap but decent one
Have no idea what to look for or how much I should be paying
Any ideas?
BTW, I need it for next week if possible

Was in currys or PC world and seen they have a few of the new Hard Disc recorders. They look the business.

Personally I prefer a digital camera that fits in my pocket with a decent video record feature on it. As it fits in the pocket then I don't end up leaving it behind and I've done with the camcorder on more than one occasion after a few drinks! :S

If you'll want to record back to the camera from an external source - (pc, video, dvd etc) make sure it has dv in/out, some just have out (or at least that was the case a few years back when I was looking at them)
