Yet another disturbing statistic that doesn't bode well for Sunday fortnight

But with removal of the other 3 counties (ie Cavan and their 39 Ulster titles) then Armagh become the most succesful side in 'Ulster'. Could this be Tony's logic (making him an unlikely OWC'er?) .
