And then Rory follows it up with a double bogey of his own like only he can.

JPGJOHNNYG

First 2 rounds Rory's irons were great but couldn't drive or putt. Now he his driving and putting better his approach shots falter. That's golf ffs

Faldo is absolutely livid about Scheffler comments during the week he can't let it go any time he's on commentary!

OakLeaf

Scheffler often leaves the hole for the next tee before his playing partner(s) have holed out. Very poor form.

Can't say I've ever noticed this or heard anyone complain about it. Not sure I've ever heard anyone say a bad word about him.

Milltown Row2

The guy is a cracking player, on top of his game, can't fault that he might not be the most exciting entertainer ffs!

If Faldo takes issue with it then Scheffler is on the right side of things
Let no-one say the best hurlers belong to the past. They are with us now, and better yet to come

They asked him something about going out tonight in Portrush and he said he'd go home to his family. Great golfer but I'd say he's as dull as dishwater

Well, I was there on Friday and Saturday and saw it happening several times. I didn't see any other players doing it, either day.

Do you mean leaving the green and going to next tee box?

Most, if not all, golfers left the green, stood to the side then walk as soon as the flag is in but i don't think Scheffler would have been standing on his own at the next tee box well ahead of his playing partner(s) and the caddies.

Are they not marking each other's card? So if Li's bridie putt lipped out and Sheffler didn't see it then Li tells Sheffler to "put me down for a birdie" lol.

Fun fact: Li will never ever be a big name in golf.

From what i seen, they don't walk on and they remain watching.
I was working on the 8th hole, there is a tunnel 20 yards away from green to get players to 9th. Not a chance Sheffler would have went down the tunnel as Li, Fitz, Shane were holing out.

NAG1

He's just not overly likeable, think that is the general consensus. The players seem to get on with him ok but for the average fan he has nothing really to get behind. Plus the constant typical American evangelicalism puts a lot of people off too.
