QuoteDinny,  you don't really believe carl lewis was a drug cheat,  just another conspiracy me thinks!

It's not conspiracy unfortunately as he tested positive 3 times before the 1988 Olympics, he was cleared because he said they were part of a herbal remedy for a cold. It was all covered up by the US Olympic Committee. It didn't come to light till 2003. That over the counter mistake might be true but 2 of his team mates tested for the exact same drugs!!!!!

There was no better sight than watch Lara bat.  Even when he got out he still looked class.  Though Sachin runs him a close second IMO.

Mcgrath was lethal but I'd go for Shane Warne.  He revived the lost art of Leg Spin and completely changed the profile of cricket.
it's 'circle the wagons time again' here comes the cavalry!

Actually Minder I'd say you are more naive than cynical. Never tested once yet he was probably the most tested athlete ever. Have you any facts, not conjecture, just simple facts to prove he was guilty?

Tiger, there shouldn't even be an argument.

To Tyrone people actually think Canavan was the best footballer of all time, personally I would have Fitzgerald before him.

Tony Baloney

Jordan then Tiger. As Minder knows a great man once said "What's hard about playing golf? Sure nobody is tackling you!"
