Hated Alex was removed from the Big Brother house last night after threatening housemates with her "gangster friends".

She told them: "I get to do the s*** that I wanna do. Pow, pow, pow."

And she hinted that her pals outside had "plans" for those who crossed her.

Earlier Big Brother mysteriously cancelled the eviction phone vote.

AdvertisementBB later announced Alex, 23, had been escorted from the house.

Channel 4 confirmed: "Alex has been removed for repeatedly breaking the programme's rules by behaving in an unacceptable and sometimes intimidating manner towards fellow housemates."

The ex-lapdancer, from Croydon, South London, has been dubbed the most hated BB housemate ever by bookies and was favourite to get the boot in tomorrow's eviction.

She had already had two official warnings over her furious bust-up with Jennifer Clark, 22, Rebecca Shiner, 21, and Stephanie McMichael, 19.

She got nine eviction votes from housemates.

Her bust-up with Darnell on Tuesday sealed her fate.

Discussing her nomination for this week's eviction, she said: "Personal offence is never forgotten, do you know what I mean?

"I've got a very, very, very, very, very strong team outside the house, strong, so solid, strong.

I look forward to whatever the result. If I get out first, I get out, make the plans." The housemates later said they "found her behaviour to be threatening".

They learned of her exit at 9.15pm. Earlier, accounts exec Alex rowed with Rachel over tinned spaghetti for breakfast.

Alex had planned to cook but Rachel beat her to it. Alex saw the pan of cold leftovers and lashed out: "It's minging, putting on loads of spaghetti and reheating it.

"That's how tramps live. What's the point? People have interfered with the major plan, because they're dumb."

Rachel said Alex hadn't objected when she was cooking, but Alex blasted: "Stupid girl."

Earlier there had been speculation the eviction crowd would be banned so Alex would not have to face a heckling mob.

TV watchdog Ofcom has received 1,571 complaints about BB since this series started.

An Ofcom spokesman said: "We are looking into these complaints which relate to a number of issues."
