Bernard has played one championship season and one league season so far and IMO has been the most impressive and consistant forward Dublin have had in that time.

Whatever about Connolly making the team, I'd be amazed if Bernard was to make way for him.

He has great natural talent and an eye for a pass, its the eye for a pass that his brother lacks.

I wonder will that 'mature' captain of yours be representing his county with distinction again this year by throwing headbutts to all and sundry in full view of the linesman.

Any proof there with that sweeping statement? How many headbutts were involved.

It's ok though, as Sean Walsh was on first name terms with him and was able to guide him (the lineman) all throughout the game and give him a dig out by telling him what to do.

That was Galvins punch on Casey which Bannon missed. He was too busy trying to keep up with what was happening elsewhere.
That's why I wrote, are you using evidence of a punch to prove a headbutt?

I'd be skeptical as to whether he will also. He has great talent no doubt. But talent isnt enough, I'd have doubts that he has the head for the highest level.

Obviously I'd be happy to be proved wrong!

I'd definately see Bernard Brogan as having a better future with Dublin than Connolly.
