This individual should never be considered for release, one of the most dangerous sexual predators that ever stalked our streets.  Was well known from a young age as a problem child with predilection for sexual attacks, not the time for debate on this though but the fact remains the statutory systems failed on this fiend, he should never have been allowed to roam our streets and towns let alone drive a car freely after his release (an all too early release that is).

A travesty that he even has leave to appeal given the seriousness of the case against him and I am certain that the prosecution did not rely solely on DNA evidence.  Rot in hell Hamilton is all I can say.
