This is a 5th grade math problem. If you can open the spreadsheet, you'll see it's a very small list of people who have gotten the correct number. This is not a trick question. This is a real math problem so don't say that a bus has no legs. There is no bus driver.

There are 7 girls in a bus.
Each girl has 7 backpacks.
In each backpack, there are 7 big cats.
For every big cat there are 7 little cats.

Question: How many legs are there in the bus?

Sorry - should add first of all that I'm not smarter than a 10 year old - I got this on email and there is a password protected spreadsheet attached, the answer is the password.

I am fairly thick when it comes to these sort of these things - I got 238

EDIT - Duh - didn'e even notice that each girls has 7 back packs

I'm fairly OK with maths and got it fairly easy.

7 Girls = 14 legs

7 Girls * 7 Back Packs * 7 Big Cats = 343 Big Cats * 4 legs = 1,372

7 Girls * 7 Back Packs * 7 Big Cats * 7 Small Cats = 2401 Small Cats * 4 Legs = 9,604

14 + 1,372 + 9,604 = 10,990
