I didn't really read the question.  I don't know if he played a Full International, but was it Graham Stack, the goalie?(this is not a Wiki one either, he is famousfor other reasons)

No Stack wasn't capped at senior level. I'll put ye out of yer misery - League of Ireland legend Pat Scully picked up his one and only cap in 1988 as an 18 year old while he was on the books of Arsenal (naturally I wikipedied most of that

I seem to remember he came on as a sub against chelsea after pepe reina got sent off for clashing with robben. Dudek was also suspended at that time for a sending off in the reserves I think
