Sorry, and King Henry might like me here, but you needed a bit of DoF (Depth of Field) in that photo in that case -- alternatively, if you had the tiger sharp and the wire blurred then job done. But, for me, it's just wire with a furry animal in the background.  :'(

Ross knows quiet well that he cheated with a few of the shots too as there is no way he took them based on his other photos. He knows it and I know it but I don't expect him to admit it but any one with any formal training in photography would see that he is passing off photos as his that aren't his, the evidence doesn't lie either he did take the good photos and the really really bad photos aren't his or the other way around.
