Building a very small wall at my house.

Just interested to know how much i will pay for the blocks?

How much is each block going to cost me? Material only, illl be building it myself.

50p?

Gnevin

About half the price of 2 concrete blocks :D
Anyway, long story short... is a phrase whose origins are complicated and rambling.

The Blegard

Id reconsider doing it yourself if you dont know how much a block is. Dont go near it if you dont know what your doing. I knew someone who had a go at block laying himself. when the wall fell down 2 weeks later it nearly took out some kids.

High Catch

Had this kind of query myself few years back while building a wall with an uncel, It depends on size, quantity etc but you would not be far wrong at 40p per block.

Blocks have went up in price recently so you can expect to pay in and around 40 to 50p per block. If it's only a small build your bargaining power is lost.

Where are you based and I might be able to give you a few pointers towards suppliers?
