Portaferry beat St Galls handy enough tonight in Belfast,they couldnt handle Paul Braniff

Dunloy beat Glenariffe by 3 (I think) in the end.

Decent enough match considering the state of the pitch

Slaughtneil  and Carrickmore drew in Div 2.

Castleblaney beat St.Endas in Dundalk by 2 points. Poor match in v windy conditions. Endas went unbeaten in the UL last year now they can't get a full team out.

Milltown what did you make of the diminuitive St Galls player confronting the umpire in the second half? ! Also where was the third member of the Mc Gourty clan?

Played in a gale and hail showers. Some decent hurling from both despite this.

i thought he was well within his rights to confront the cheating umpire

only players who have paid their subs to the club can play, that third member has not paid and i don't think will be playing any day soon

The third member is "Shaws Road", CJ and Ciaran were both playing. Milltown, you did pick the ball off the ground though before you put the ball over !
