Rehab from Knee op

Im currently recoverin from knee surgery and am keen to get into the pool as soon as possible. Has anyone out there went through a knee rehab programme in a pool and could they give me any sort of programme to follow to regain fitness?

I could give you some general idea of what to do, but have the doctors who performed the op not given you a program?

well im fairly familiar with exercises to do in general, just wondered if anyone had some sort of training programme for the pool. Im 6 weeks post op and will be beginning physio in 2 weeks time

Was it a cruciate ligament operation ?
