Well just wondering do many on the board here use a sauna often? I'm swimming once a week as part of my new year's training, so am heading into the sauna for about 15mins or so straight after.
I find it relaxing more so than anything. So is there any other regular sauna goers?

I go as often as I can. Its a great way to unwind. Make sure you wear flip flops or sandals though!

Rarely get to the saunas, but I enjoy them. Rather have a steam room though.

Humidity level saunas with be close to 0% or should be
Steam rooms nearer 100% . A steam room is literary a room full of steam
Anyway, long story short... is a phrase whose origins are complicated and rambling.

Yes, I'm sure you would  ;)

Naw can never manage any lenth of time in a steam room. Were as I can comfortably do 15-20 mins in the sauna and usually feel pretty good for it. Then I started hearing stories that saunas can make you infertile  :o and stuff!!
Also does anyone do the aquajogging?

You would need to be careful around those steam rooms and saunas in Belfast, supersarsfield. You might run into your old teacher  PA

PA would have been long gone at that stage I think

Now you've me thinking!! PA? PA?

Do I get any clues?

Sauna for me is only good if you hit the plunge pool after, usually feel good after it.  Never done aqua jogging but i is supposed to be a great way of improving leg strength and fitness levels.
